Purchases
By purchasing or ordering products from us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details (the “Order Confirmation”). Please check this carefully and let us know if any details are incorrect. The contract between us (the “Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation accepting your order.
The products we sell to you will be as described in the Order Confirmation, subject to any changes notified to you. We may make minor technical adjustments to correct errors. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Prices
The prices payable for our products are as set out on our website. Prices may change at any time but price changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed in an Order Confirmation.
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate but exclude delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery costs will be added at checkout.

If we discover an error, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any payment refunded to you in full.

Transactions and Cancellations
No contract will exist between you and us for the sale of any product until we issue an Order Confirmation accepting your order or if we email you to confirm that the product is available and your payment has been received.
We may refuse or cancel any order prior to issuing an Order Confirmation due to unavailability of stock or due to any other reason. If your payment has already been processed, we will fully refund the payment amount.
Once an Order Confirmation has been issued or you have been emailed to confirm availability, the contract between us is binding. We cannot accept any returned products or issue refunds to cancelled paid orders unless:
- The product is faulty or not as described;
- You have notified us within 14 days of receiving the product that you wish to return it.
If you notify us that you wish to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the total purchase price including standard delivery costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. You must return the product to us unused, in original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached.
Please note we do not refund delivery charges for orders that qualify for free shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these criteria.
Delivery
We aim to deliver products sold through the website within the timeframes specified during the order process.
UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail or courier. Delivery timeframes vary between 1-7 working days from dispatch.
Overseas deliveries may take longer, between 3-21 working days. This may vary for certain locations.
Delivery is completed when we deliver the product to the address you provided. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a delivery attempt notice.
You are responsible for checking deliveries promptly on arrival. If products are damaged or missing, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns And Refunds
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and condition, unused with any labels still attached. We cannot accept returns of used products.
Please ensure you return items using a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage. We cannot be liable for return deliveries lost in transit so we recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once received by us, refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when purchasing.
Please note, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Certain products such as sale items, gift cards, jewellery, and underwear may have different return policies which will be made clear at the time of purchase.
Warranty and Faulty Products
We warrant that any products purchased from us through this website will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with any written description provided to you and be reasonably fit for all usual purposes for which products of that kind are used.
If you notify us that a product is faulty within 14 calendar days of delivery, we will fully examine the product and if, through no fault of your own, it is defective, we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued provided:
- The product has been returned to us within 28 calendar days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase such as the Order Confirmation
- The product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any labels still attached
- The product has not been damaged after delivery
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use not in accordance with product instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or limit liability.
